This is Vidya the brain and hands behind The Uprising. I have come a long way from being a postgraduate in science, an artist and a passionate baker and just completed a certification from the renowned culinary academy ICCA. It has helped me to perfect my bakes and understand the science behind it paving way for more n more new recipes.
