Armin Jamula is the founder of ItsHerWay, a social impact initiative that aims to empower women in the workplace. Armin has been working towards empowering women for over a decade. She started her career in finance and later transitioned into tech, where she held leadership positions in various companies. Armin is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and her work with ItsHerWay focuses on breaking down gender barriers and creating a more equitable and supportive work environment for women. She is also a speaker and mentor, and has spoken at various events and conferences on topics related to women's empowerment and leadership, digital marketing, growth hacking, business strategy and sustainability.
