Founded by Haitham Alsalman, HAX Consulting supports executive job seekers in their journey to successfully land the job they deserve in the GCC.

As an Executive Career Consultant specializing in unlocking hidden job opportunities in the UAE and GCC region, Haitham started his journey in 2017.

He decided that people need to apply untraditional tactics and strategies after he realized that applying online and reaching recruiters is not the solution when he struggled to find jobs throughout his career experience.

Based on his experience and learnings, Haitham designed the Job Market Hacking program. It focuses on a three-stages framework to find jobs in the market through:

1- Building a proper strategy that fits the Job Seeker with the right Market requirements.

2- Building a visible and attractive profile that reflects the value of the job seeker

3- Connecting with the right referrals and decision-makers directly to reach unannounced jobs.
