The Ikigai Foundation

At The Ikigai Foundation, we create a safe space for our members to leave behind the ‘who’ and begin discovering the ‘you’ - the one you see every day in a mirror, but is really never seen. We work with you to recognize the narratives and core beliefs that you carry in your life that keep you within the lakshman rekha (bright line rule) of the ‘who’.
                 
The word IKIGAI is composed of two words: iki, which means life and gai, which describes value or worth. The Japanese word ‘Ikigai’ means “value in living.” The way we interpret it here is the core idea behind The Ikigai Foundation. We believe that the only way to discover your IKIGAI is to know yourself better, like we always say – the ‘you’ behind the ‘who’. Once we discover ourselves, our soul, what truly makes us happy, what is our personal definition of happiness, where do we feel deeply loved, connected to our heart and at peace, can we find our passion, flow, purpose and our true vocation. This is the only way to connect to those around us and inspire them with the deep love we feel when we really see the ‘you’.
                 
Our panel of experts are seekers in the real world, supporting people like you who are struggling to bring their gifts into the world. The Ikigai Foundation is a safe container for self-exploration and the space to know the real ‘you’ and discover your IKIGAI. We use scientifically tested modalities to work with clients through the journey of self-discovery, healing and transmuting their blocks to success, bringing a sense of inner peace and grounding to their lives. The modalities we employ are Mindful Leadership Coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP); Family Constellations Therapy; Shamanic Healing, Shadow Work and Soul Retrieval; Astrological Coaching; and Integrated Healing techniques like Reiki, Tarot etc. We work with global experts who bring diverse world view, methods and sensibilities into each of our processes. We work online with individuals and groups; as well as present a repertoire of retreats, currently in various parts of India
                 
Vasudha Jha, the founder of The Ikigai Foundation, an ICF Certified Leadership Coach, Core Shamanic Practitioner and a Family Constellations facilitator with over three decades of corporate leadership experience. Life as a young, single mother, with no family back up, gave her a deep understanding of life’s challenges. This led her to embark on a mission to create positive change in people's lives and businesses. Her Ikigai is to serve people through the wisdom of her experience, so that their paths are smoother and success easier to achieve.
