Samira’s journey into nutritional therapy began with her own deeply personal health challenges. She struggled with severe digestive issues, including bloating, constipation, brain fog, irritability, and unexpected weight gain.

Determined to heal, she eventually discovered and addressed the root cause of her symptoms: SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth). This transformative experience inspired her to pursue a Personalised Nutrition Practice Diploma from the Centre for Nutrition Education and Lifestyle Management (CNELM), UK.
