I am an ICF-certified executive coach and global business leader with over 15 years of experience leading marketing, growth, and business transformation across organizations such as Flipkart (Walmart Group), Lenovo, Johnson & Johnson, Mashreq Bank, and Virgio. Having worked across India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America, I understand the realities of leading in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while balancing ambition, growth, and personal well-being.

My coaching practice is focused on helping leaders, founders, professionals, and high performers navigate clarity, confidence, growth, and change in a more grounded and sustainable way. I work with individuals who are often carrying multiple responsibilities, expectations, and decisions — helping them pause, reflect, reconnect with what truly matters, and move forward with greater intention and alignment.
