The first session will be a Detailed Telephonic Conversation where I will discuss in detail about Current Eating Habits, Routine, Lifestyle etc. in detail , and accordingly devise a plan that suits your needs, Weekly follow ups will be done post that, after which a revised diet plan will be given.
