A journal is your best friend, a sounding board, and companion.

It's a neutral listener, a place to channel divine wisdom, reconnect with yourself, and discover who you are. Your journal won't object when you fill an entire page with curse words. It will gracefully absorb your tears and lovingly hold space to explore your deepest thoughts, feelings, regrets, hopes and dreams.

As you journal daily with me through a carefully curated journal prompt program for 14 days, you will create a rhythm of connection. You will hear your own heartbeat and begin to peel back the sometimes-confusing layers of your true self.

Your Role

·      For the next 14 days, “Make your Journaling time a priority.”

·       You have chosen to invest in yourself. Please take time at the end of each day to inform the group about the status of your journaling completion.

·      If you'd like, you can incorporate journaling into your daily prayer routine. You're welcome to use the name or symbol of any deity or religion that resonates with you and your culture. Journaling is a practice that can help rewire your brain through neurolinguistic programming, but it's essential to prioritise your comfort and write in the language that comes naturally to you. Let your thoughts and words flow freely rather than forcing them.

My Role

·      I will guide you on the group chat and respond to your messages.

·      On some days, I will make coach requests in addition to the Journaling Prompts. I ask clients to stretch themselves by taking a defined action, resolving relationships, or tackling things that feel incomplete. You are free to accept or decline. Most of the work will be about self-awareness and powerful choice.

·      All my messages and videos will be in the English language.
