Fertility Awareness and Cycle Charting 3 Cycles Program

One session to introduce cycle charting with cervical mucus and basal body temperature as well as the method and the different rules depending on if you are using it for natural birth control, for conception or for health monitoring.  We then have three follow up session after each menstrual cycle to review your cycle chart of the previous cycle, giving you my interpretations, advice and support as you are learning.
