A dynamic entrepreneur with remarkable culinary expertise, Sheikha partnered with Jeff Martin, a famous American cupcakery brand Owner to bring about a new taste in her home country as the first international branch of Smallcakes after more than 90 Branch in the USA.
The first branch in UAE was established in Dubai on Nov 5, 2014, and it didn’t take long for the brand to find its footing in the country’s F&B sector. Thus, the second outlet in Ajman was followed shortly afterward. With unique offerings and services, Smallcakes has now grown to be an ideal destination in the UAE that creates, customizes, and celebrates flavors.

Sheikha Al Nuaimi is an entrepreneur since 2014 is F&B industry, She own the first international branch of Smallcakes the famous American Cupcakery and a cofounder of KOUB speciality coffee in UAE and London . Sheikha is an expert in corporate and project management. She has led various departments in different fields, over a 15 years period , heading number of digital transformation projects across number of departments , Sheikha has been credited with a wealth of awards during her time with Ajman Free Zone, including Gold medal of Pro-jects Managers from HH Shk Humaid bin Rashed AlNuaimi Ajman Ruler, and Future Leader in Freezones sector from Middle East Award 2020, and she played a role in heading innovation team that translated the vision of supporting ideas and innovation leading to “The best organization in Innovation practices in the Emirate of Ajman in 2017 (AJEP) “. Beside that she had an experience being an assessor in number of awards locally and internationally.
Sheikha was part of the Learning Journey to Korea for Ajman Seniors 2012, she is a graduate of Ajman Leadership Program 2018, and holds a Master of Business Administration degree in HR and Development from The Canadian University of Dubai and also a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Ajman University. She is a Member of the Project Management institute, a Member of PMI UAE Chapter and a was a Member of the Board of Directors, PMI- UAE.
