"Photography have been a great creative outlet for me and it has opened the opportunity to connect with diverse people- young and old."
"I've always been passionate about empowering mothers & children and I wished to create a positive impact through the projects I take on.
I started using photography as a medium to connect with fellow mums and to do various socially impactful projects under PURPOSEFUL PHOTOGRAPHY (Photography With A Purpose) - Empowering Women Entrepreneurs through Personal Branding Shoots, Raising Awareness on  Inclusion & Autism Awareness  , Breast Cancer Awareness to name a few.  "
Nithya is the founder of #PINKDAYTOSHINE a Breast Cancer Awareness Project celebrating & honoring Breast Cancer survivors, a project  she has been  successfully running for past 3 years in partnership with some reputed brands in the region.
'These images are FULL OF LIFE', echoes her clients. "It brings me great joy connecting with diverse nationalities & creating a memorable happy shoot experience for my clients." From Family Portraits to New Born Hospital shoots, from Business Headshots to Creative Portraits, I love capturing people and their true essence.
I combine my years of branding & fashion experience into my shoots, offering outfit & color and pose guidance for every shoot, this puts my clients at ease and creates the rich look in my images."
I love sharing knowledge and as a photography mentor my most requested session being 'Explore the Magic Of Photography - a beginners session learning the basics of photography." My students are kids, doctors, small business owners from across the globe.
Photography is a mindfulness or meditative practise for me. A great stress buster. It grounds me to the present moment & I connect with the minutest expressions & moments presented before me as a candid portrait artist. The inclusive eye of a camera , accepting every being as they are resonates with me , and I know have found my purpose in photography & I hope to continue to impact lives positively.

One of the most memorable portraits:

"It's hard to choose, a single image.  Behind every image is a unique story!

"This image is from a Branding Shoot in 2014, where I volunteered for an NGO fostering HIV orphans & children of sex workers. To volunteered to capture their story through images and garner them financial aid.  With a rather empathetic heart I went to the shoot location. But the hope & zest in the eyes of these children amazed me. They were so eager to learn & explore. Curious about my works & keen to learn what they can in very the little time I was there. This image I call "HOPE". Her eyes were as bright and filled with hope;  similar to that of any rising entrepreneur. Shot during a candid conversation, with just a natural window light using my 85mm portrait lens. She gleamed before my camera, her eyes wide open to endless possibilities before her, full of aspirations and hope ." I believe, every child is entitled to Hope, Education, a Future and Unconditional Love!
